Good afternoon, a quick few pointers to all fanciers who have pigeons in the race!
Entered pigeons:
Please if you have not sent me your 2 entered pigeons ring numbers per team I need them urgently any fanciers who does not nominate the two entries by end of business today must accept that I will nominate the first two S… numbers per team on your behalf and I will not change the nominations once they are marked on the clock. The first hot spot will be flown next week, either Wednesday or Thursday. Only fully paid pigeons can win any prize monies.
Only fully paid pigeons will take part in the “Ace pigeon” competition which will be the pigeon with the shortest flying time on the 3 hot spots and the final combined. The ‘ace pigeon’ will win US$10 000. The first prize of US$100 000 on the final race is GUARANTEED!
Reserve pigeons:
If you have more than 2 pigeons in your team remaining you may activate the reserve pigeon/s at a cost of US$500 per reserve pigeon. I want to ask you to please if you are considering activating the reserve pigeons do so as soon as possible and let me have the proof of payment and the pigeons ring details. If the pigeon should unfortunately go missing before the first hot spot I will credit your account with the US$500 so you will not lose the money.
Please take note of the rules concerning the reserve pigeons!
Entrants will have an opportunity to activate any reserve pigeon up to 7 days before hot spot 1 by paying the USD $500 fee. If any bird is not activated by the original entrant within 7 days before hot spot 1 Allflight CC may sell the rights to prize money to any third party who pays the entrance fee. The rights to the share of sale proceeds after conclusion of the final race as defined herein will transfer to Allflight CC. The original entrant / breeder therefore lose all rights to the bird if they do not pay the entry fee at least 7days before hot spot 1. All unpaid pigeons can be removed from any further participation and no unpaid pigeon will be basketed for the final race.
Due to the fact that we are behind in training we will not have the activation race but hot spot 1 will qualify as the activation race for this season and therefore this rule will be amended for the current race we are hosting this season to read as follow:
